ナチュラルな食材を使ったアリサンスタッフによるベジタリアン料理を、「豆」をテーマにご紹介いただきます。さらに ”食・文化・自然” のクリエイターによるワークショップでイベントを盛り上げます。
都心から電車で約1時間の緑豊かな自然と美味しく・楽しい体験をアリサンオーガニックセンターで楽しみませんか？

◆アリサンスタッフダイニング：アリサン食材の美味しさを紹介します。「豆」をテーマに様々なレシピをお召し上がりいただけます。ご自宅で作れるレシピ付き！ 30周年特別企画のスタンプカードで景品ゲットや、抽選で景品があたるダブルチャンスあり！

Come join us for our 12th annual Food Carnival held at the Alishan Organic Center.

Whether it’s a family day out or a first date, a market can be the best way to spend a warm summer day surrounded by lush green nature and live music. Just a train ride from the city center, you can sit back and relax and immerse yourself in the fresh air. Numerous workshops are planned out throughout the day from a Bean to Bar workshop to a guided hike through Hiwada mountain. You can also enjoy a bite to eat at the authentic food and farmers market, as we celebrate this year with the theme of “Beans” and introduce various vegetarian dishes brought to you fresh from our kitchen.

◆ジャックと登る日和田山
参加費：無料 時間：10時〜11:30時
アリサン代表のジャックと一緒に地元の日和田山ハイキングコースを一緒に巡ります。山から見える巾着田や気持ちのいい自然を楽しみましょう。

◆Hiking Mt. Hidaka with Jack!

When: 10:00~11:30 A.M.Spaces: 12 People

Come along for a leisurely guided hike through the lush nature on the local Mt. Hidaka trail. Guiding the hike will be Alishan’s own co-founder Jack, a veteran of this mountainside trail, and along the way he will introduce the many great sights to see that are often overlooked. On clear days, upon summiting the trail, you can see the beauty of Kinchakuda . So let wish for great weather, slip on some comfy walking shoes, and bring a bottle of water as we hike to the top enjoying the great outdoors!

 

◆リラックスヨガ

参加費：無料 時間：12時〜13時 定員：12名アリサンでスタッフ向けのヨガ指導もしている、ヨガ講師の岩川 優希さんに

よる簡単リラックスヨガ。中庭で自然に囲まれながら心と身体もリラックスさせましょう。

◆Relaxing Yoga

When: 12:00~13:00 P.M.     Spaces: 12 People

Join us for a relaxing yoga flow in the courtyard, lead by our greatly admired staff yoga instructor Yuuki Iwakawa. This is a slow-paced gentle sequence meant to ease both your body and soul, embracing the surrounding nature and scenery with mindful movement.

Celebrating Alishan’s 30th anniversary, co-founder Jack will recount the story behind Alishan’s foundation and mission statement; sharing what inspires him to this day to strive from wholesome sustainable organic foods.

 

◆世界のカカオを知ろう！Bean to Bar チョコレートテイスティング

参加費：1500円 時間：13時30分〜14時30分 定員：12名
Bean to Bar チョコレート専門店のSalagadoola（サラガドゥーラ）によるカカオのTasting (味覚試験) 体験型ワークショップ。実際に焙煎したカカオ豆・

チョコレートをテイスティングして産地や焙煎について学びましょう。

◆Bean to Bar Chocolate Tasting

When：13:30~14:30      Price: 1500円      Spaces: 12 People

Take a chocolatey trip around the world with specialty chocolate maker, Salagadoolaour (サラガドゥーラ), in a “Bean to Bar” tasting. Enter the world of chocolate in this Willy Wonka type experience, as we guide you along the stories of the cacao origins from around the world, the fascinating roasting processes, and bites of the delicious cacao in different stages of the process.

 

◆カカオ豆からチョコレートを作ろう！Bean to Barチョコレートメイキング
参加費：1500円 時間：15時〜16時 定員：12名
Bean to Bar チョコレート専門店のSalagadoola（サラガドゥーラ）によるカカオ豆から小さな板チョコレートをつくる体験型ワークショップ。普段はなかなか出来ない、カカオ豆がチョコレートへと変わる不思議な瞬間を体験しましょう。

◆Bean to Bar Chocolate Making

When：15:00~16:00     Price: 1500円     Spaces: 12 People

Roll up your sleeves and make your very own chocolate bars with the guidance of specialty Tokyo-based small batch chocolate maker, Salagadoolaour. Starting from the beans themselves, journey along on the exciting chocolate making process in this workshop that is rare to come by elsewhere!

Try off-the-menu original recipes as we incorporate delicious organic seasonal fruits and vegetables to showcase the star of this year, beans. Bring your own reusable plate and tuck in, as we share the joy for food in this family style buffet, one happy person at a time.
