KIDSロースイーツレッスン『raw キャロットケーキ』
『ロースイーツ』とは、自然の食材を生のまま調理するローフードのスイーツです。 加熱をしないことで、食材が持つ栄養素を壊さずに体内に摂り入れることができます。 卵、乳製品、小麦粉、白砂糖は一切使わないため、アレルギー体質やヴィーガンの方でも楽しめるスイーツです。 今回は、生のにんじんをたっぷり使ったキャロットケーキを作ります。焼かずに作るローキャロットケーキは、簡単で焼いて作るよりも栄養価が高く、さらにグルテンフリーなのでお子様でも安心です。

Kids Raw Sweets Lesson we will be making a “Raw Carrot Cake”
Raw sweets are made by cooking natural ingredients in their raw state. By not heating them, the nutrients in the ingredients can be taken into the body without destroying them. Allergy sufferers and vegans can enjoy this treat as we will use no eggs, dairy products, flour, or white sugar. Raw carrot cake is easy to make, more nutritious than baked carrot cake, and gluten-free.
【Teacher Profile】After having her first child, Haruka became interested in environmental issues and searched for environmental activities that she could do at home, which led her to an “organic-centered lifestyle”.
