簡単ハムカツ
Easy Ham Katsu

シンプルなハムカツは、ベジハム初心者にも食べやすくて、ちょっとしたご馳走なのです。

A very simple recipe that you can adjust to suit whatever quantity you’d like to make.

材料
Material

vegan ham
as much as needed
unbleached white flour
30g plus extra for dusting
water
50ml
oat bran
as needed
canola oil
for frying

作り方

  1. ベジハムをお好みの厚さにスライスする。写真は1cmスライス。

  2. スライスしたハムに無漂白小麦粉をまぶす。

  3. 無漂白小麦粉30gを水50ccで溶いて溶き衣にする。

  4. 粉をまぶしたハムを溶き衣につけ、さらにオーツブランをまぶす。

  5. キツネ色になるまでカラッと揚げる。

Recipe

  1. Slice the ham into the thickness you prefer. The cafe used slices about 1cm thick.

  2. Dust the slices with flour.

  3. Mix a paste with 30g flour and 50cc water.

  4. Dip the floured ham slices into the flour paste, then coat with oat bran.

  5. Finally fry each slice until golden brown.
