Stir fried komatsuna and deep-fried tofu with vegetarian Vegetarian Mushroom Oyster Sauce



Simply stir-fry winter greens in a vegetarian oyster-style sauce! If you add thick fried tofu, your stomach will be more satisfied.

Please use your favorite greens. This time I used komatsuna and shiitake mushrooms I had leftover in the fridge.


Komatsuna (you can use any greens you like)
A bunch
thick fried tofu
1 piece (in the photo, one large piece is cut in half)
Shiitake mushrooms (not required)
Organic Vegetarian Mushroom Oyster Sauce
About 3 tablespoons (to taste)
Homemade garlic soy sauce
To taste
sesame oil
About 3 tablespoons


  1. 小松菜、厚揚げ、椎茸、をそれぞれお好みのサイズに切ります。


  2. フライパンでごま油を熱したらそこに厚揚げを投入。



  3. 厚揚げをさっと炒めたら次に小松菜、椎茸を投入して炒めます。

  4. 火が通ったらベジタリアンオイスター風ソースを入れてさっと炒めます。


  5. 最後にお手製にんにく醤油を鍋はだに一回しして、ひとあおりしたら出来上がり♪



  1. Cut komatsuna, deep-fried tofu, and shiitake mushrooms into desired sizes.

  2. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and put thick fried tofu in it.

    The secret is to add a little more sesame oil.

  3. After quickly frying the deep-fried tofu, next throw in the komatsuna and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry.

  4. When cooked, add the vegetarian oyster-style sauce and stir-fry quickly.

  5. Finally, add your homemade garlic soy sauce to the bottom of the flying pan, give it a splash, and stir!
