- ひよこ豆（乾燥）dried garbanzo beans
- 好きなだけas much as you need
- 適当as appropriate
If you have a pressure cooker, pressure cook the dried beans as is for 15-20 minutes!
Here is how to boil them for those who do not have one.
To reduce the boiling time, you can soak the beans in water overnight. The beans will swell to about twice their size.
Make sure you add plenty of water.
Chickpeas immediately after soaking in water. ↓
After soaking overnight. ↓
Transfer to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add the right amount of water at this point.
When it starts to simmer, from there, turn the heat to medium for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes of cooking, check the hardness of the beans.
If you like them softer, adjust the time.
