【イベント】秋季テーマ呼吸法&ヨガ

ブレスワーク、瞑想、ヨガインストラクターのアレックス @alexlynnyoga が、秋のテーマである水の要素、流れ、振り返りにインスピレーションを受けたブレスワークとヨガのクラスをを開催します。

このクラスで、アレックスは、エネルギーを活性化し、神経系を整える、血液を循環させるためのブレスワークテクニックを指導します。次に、短い瞑想で自分の状態を観察し、考えや感情を振り返ります。最後にアーサナ（ヨガのポーズ）をし、ヨガニドラ（意識的な深いリラクゼーション状態）で終わります。

初心者大歓迎です！気持ちい秋の朝を自然の中で一緒に呼吸、ヨガをしなら迎えません？ヨガ後にはみんなでアリサンパークでランチも！

時間: 10:00 am – 11:15 am
場所: 9:45に代々木公園西門集合＊！その後ヨガスポットに向かいます

【EVENT】ALISHAN PARK presents Autumn Themed Breathwork & Yoga

Breathwork, meditation & yoga instructor Alex @alexlynnyoga will guide us through a breath work and yoga class inspired by the themes of autumn – the water element, flow and reflection.

She will guide us through breathwork to rejuvenate our energy, regulate our nervous system and get our blood pumping. A short meditation to observe our state of being, and reflect on our thoughts and feelings. Finally, an asana (yoga pose) flow, followed by a yoga nidra (a deep state of conscious relaxation).

This class is perfect for beginners! Let’s enjoy a wonderful autumn morning through breath work & yoga in nature! After yoga, why not join us for lunch at Alisan Park!

Time: 10:00-11:15 AM
Location: Meet at the West Gate* of Yoyogi Park at 9:45 AM! Then we will head to the yoga spot.
*5 minutes from Yoyogi-Koen Station (Chiyoda Line) Exit 4
Fee: 1,500 yen (cash only), please bring 1,500 yen on the day!
→ A drink ticket you can use on the day at ALISHAN PARK is included in this 1,500 yen participation fee!
