8月19日に、ベルリン拠点のシェフ、Justin P. Moore「ザ・ロータス・アンド・ジ・アーティチョーク」を
お迎えし、特別な完全菜食のヴィーガン スリランカ料理のディナーを開催することをお知らせします。

参加時間帯は18時、18時半、19時からお選びこ下さい。試食メニューは、前菜1品、数種類の美味しいカレーや手作りのチャツネなどを含むいくつかのメイン、とデザートです。

【Justin P. Mooreについて】

ジャスティンは常に新しい場所を探索し、異なる食べ物を試し、多様な背景を持つ人々とつながることに惹かれてきました。遊牧民の家庭に育った彼は、マーシャル諸島に数年間滞在し、他の太平洋の島々を訪れた事をきっかけに、料理、アート、写真への情熱とともに、世界の文化に興味を持つようになりました。
15歳でベジタリアンになり、その後ビーガンに移行。愛する人のために料理をするのが好きで、特にインド料理を探求しました。美術を学んだ後、ボストンとフィラデルフィアでアーティストやデザイナーとして働きながら、文化に浸り、料理を楽しむことが好きな彼は、バイクツアーやバックパッカーとしてアジアを旅するようになリマした。
2001年、探検と学習への強い欲求からベルリンに移り、毎年新しい国を探検しながら創作の探求を続けています。

・７日前〜当日までのキャンセル：料金の１００％

・予約時間に遅れる場合について
交通事情や突然のトラブルなどのご事情で予約時間に遅れる場合は、判明した時点でご連絡ください。
ご連絡を頂かずに予約時間の15分を過ぎても、ご来店されない場合は、無断キャンセルとさせていただき予約金額の100％をご請求いたします。
なお、遅刻によるご予約時間の延長は原則不可となりますので、予めご了承ください。

We are delighted to welcome visiting chef Justin P. Moore “The Lotus and the Artichoke” from Berlin, Germany for a very special all-vegan Sri Lanka tasting dinner on the 19th of August.

There are 3 service times to choose from (6PM, 6.30PM and 7PM). The tasting menu will consist of one starter, several main dishes including various delicious curries, homemade chutney, etc., and a dessert.

About Justin P. Moore

Justin has always been drawn to exploring new places, trying different foods, and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds. Growing up in a nomadic family, he spent several years in the Marshall Islands and visited other Pacific islands. This sparked his interest in world cultures, alongside a passion for cooking, art, and photography.
At fifteen, he became a vegetarian and later transitioned to being vegan. He enjoyed cooking for loved ones, especially exploring Indian cuisine. After studying Fine Arts, he worked as an artist and designer in Boston and Philadelphia. His love for cultural immersion and culinary experiences led him to embark on motorcycle tours and backpacking trips through Asia.
In 2001, he moved to Berlin with a strong desire to explore and learn, continuing his creative pursuits while exploring new countries every year.

Cancellation 1~7 days prior to reservation: 100% of the fee

■About the case of being late for an appointment
If you are going to be late for your appointment due to traffic or sudden trouble, please contact us as soon as you know.
If you do not show up 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time without informing us, we will consider you as an unauthorized cancellation and charge you 100% of the reservation fee.
