【イベント】パーククリーン＆ヨガ　By THE WELLNESS LABORATORY

ヨガが初めての方はもちろん、性別、年齢関係なくご参加頂けます。ご家族で、一緒に参加もOK♪
ポーズにできる、できないはありません。深い呼吸とともに、身体と心のバランスを整えて充実した朝を過ごしましょう。
ヨガの前にパーククリーンを行いますが、こちらは自由参加となります。

＊パーククリーンに参加することは必要ではありません。ゴミ箱と手袋はこちらが用意するので、必要であれば、アリシャンのスタフさんに聞いてください。

＊大雨の場合はアリサンパーク２階でヨガを少し延長して行います。

持ち物 :

• 動きやすい服袋
• 飲み物
• タオル
• ヨガマット（ヨガマットレンタルの場合は、¥３００当日現金でお支払いください。）

9:30~10:00 パーククリンアップ

10:00~10:45 パークヨガ

【参加費】　¥２、２００　税込

• クリーンアップのみのご参加の場合は無料となります。
• そして今年のパークイベントは全て、参加費の一部を「SECOND HARVEST JAPAN」 に寄付させて頂きます。心地よさを地球に、社会に循環させていきましょう。
• 参加者はアリサンポイントカードでポイントがもらえます。

【Event】　Park Clean & Yoga by THE WELLNESS LABORATORY

Anyone is welcome to join Yoga, regardless of gender or age. You are also welcome to come with your family ♪ Come enjoy easy Yoga poses among a similar-minded community and let your body release stress at Yoyogi Park!

Before Yoga, there will be a Park Clean-up, so please feel free to participate in that as well.

【Time】　09:30-10:45

【Location】　Yoyogi Park

*  In case of rain, the cleaning will be canceled and the Yoga will be expanded to 60 mins, at Alishan Park, 2F

* Please bring comfortable clothes, a water bottle, towels and a Yoga mat. (Note that Yoga Mats are available for rental upon request for 300 yen at Alishan Park so please, do ask the staff before heading to the park)

10:00~10:45 Park Yoga

【Fee】　2,200 yen Tax included
