オムニポークのスコッチエッグ
Omni Pork Scotch Egg

材料(6個分)

hard boiled eggs
6
omni pork
450g
allspice
1.5 tsp
mixed herbs
1.5 tsp
black pepper
1.5 tsp
salt
1.5 tsp
quick oats (or breadcrumbs)
45g, plus extra for coating
raw egg
1, beaten

作り方

  1. ベジ肉だねを作る。オムニポーク、ハーブ、塩、ブラックペッパー、クイックオーツをよく混ぜる。

  2. ベジ肉だねでゆで卵を包み、丸める。

  3. 溶き卵を全体にからめ、クイックオーツ(またはパン粉)をつける。

     

  4. 220℃に熱したオーブンで黄金色になるまで25-30分焼く。

     

Recipe

  1. Mix together the omni pork, herbs, salt, pepper and oatmeal.

  2. Wrap the omni pork mixture around each boiled egg and roll into a ball.

  3. Roll the ball in beaten egg, then oatmeal (or breadcrumbs if preferred).

  4. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes at 220°C or until golden brown.
